    "It just got caught in the grass, and I was redirected; I just got caught in a soft spot," he said. "Everything went but my ankle. Everything kept going to the left, and going down, so it just rolled over. It'll be all right. I do it often. It's just an ankle sprain. ... I get out of bed, I usually roll my ankle."

    hehehe, That last sentence is funny..

    man, I know how he feels. Any athletic activity I participate in, I'm wearing my trusty Ultralight Ankle Brace with Figure-8 Straps

    best money i've EVER spent.

    shoot, I've rolled my ankle walking across a parking lot before. sprained right one severely twice, broke and chipped my left one

    Those look cool! I've got some plain canvas lace-ups. They work okay, but nowhere near as good as tape. Where did you get those, Clay? I've tore up my left ankle so many times, it pops out all on its own. :(
