    I don't think he has great arm strength, but he has been accurate and makes good decisions. It would be a safe pick.

    He won't play backup. FWIW.

    If he comes, he will want assurances he starts, i bet.

    So - that's a big step for this franchise.

    He is everything people want Jake Delhomme to be. He's also a stop gap QB. He's not going to last 2-3 years. The Panthers should get him with the intention of finding another QB sooner rather than later.

    Age, offensive limitations (west coast), he does kind of have that dancing around in the pocket thing that leads to some inconsistency.

    I wouldn't say he is a superstar QB, but he is better than Delhomme.

    Garcia is only good in a WCO. I doubt he would do very much for us. If we are going to get a guy lets try to find one with a big arm that at least threatens the defense deep. That will help the run game.

    They'd be lucky to get a 1 or a 2 for that fucking turnover machine, and his salary is 1.5 million this year which is pretty cheap.
