Yeah. J Vegas isn't cutting it. And regarding the Gabbert talk, most folks on this board wanted nothing to do with him. I have no idea why Jacksonville thought he would be a good idea as the #10 pick.

Especially since the pick after Gabbert was some asshole by the name of JJ Watt. ELLL OHHHH ELLLL

none of the guys in that draft were worthy of being top 15, but the draft will suck some OK prospects into the top 15 because of need. I tried to like Gabbert, partially because I felt like getting him would've been a trade down, but he was just never that good. I couldn't convince myself he was a better QB than Newton, and I felt like Newton was too raw to take that high.

QB driven league mentality and no clearly superior alternatives forced us into it. Fuck Luck.

The Jags will definitely move within the next decade. I don't think it will be LA, though. They just might end up as the dreaded London team.

I don't think that will ever happen because of how difficult it would be for the London team to play away games.

I definitely don't mind the pick after the fact. Richardson even stated in his blueprint per his Morgan Fogarty awkward ass interview (and Gross' statements) that the DC as HC, get a good OC, draft a QB thought process was essentially always what would happen. That the QB changed was just our shit luck.

I can't even say that reaching for a QB is the 'wrong' thing. They're valuable. The bigger problem comes when you force them into not working out well by fitting them into the wrong system or situation. Cam here, made some sense. Even that stupid Tannehill pick made some sense because of Sherman. It's this Weeden deal that I thought was a bad mix of too high/volatile coach situation that could mean the team is starting over on yet another high pick QB, something around their 4th or 5th since 2008.

One of the things I don't like about Cam is that it so strongly dictates what kind of offense the team can run.
