    1) Where will Nelly buy a condo at? I say he gets something at the Arlington in South End sooner vs. later . . . .


    2) Where will Nelly open up a club at? I say South End in about another year or so :)


    THE BOTTOM LINE: First Fantasia, now Nelly . . . CLT is about to become the next 'in' place to live for entertainers who want a new place to hangout at besides the ATL or Miami in the Dirty South. The CLT is about to become the shiznit :banana: :banana: !!!!!!!
