    I get the feeling none of you are "kids" anymore. Just sayin.

    I don't understand how an 84 year old man with memory issues is free wheeling around town by himself. You may want to adress that issue for the safely of him and everyone else.

    Oh FFS!

    The 84 year old man realized he had a problem, knows his doctor and his phone number, call the doctor, made an appointment, drove to the doctors office and was on time for his appointment, saw doctor, described his pain etc. to doctor, got diagnosis, got prescription, scheduled a follow up appt, left doctor's office and drove to pharmacy, went in and got said prescription, drove home and is now taking prescribed medication as instructed and is improving.

    But the damn old fart can't remember one long ass medical word that he had never heard before and probably didn't give a shit what his condition was called as long as it was getting treated.

    Shit...........maybe I should have him committed to the old folks home yet today. Something like this NEVER happens to younger people! OMG - he isn't safe at all. WTF are we going to do?

    Well, now that you put it this way it seems like there was no need to start a thread at all, other than to draw attention and sympathy.

    And, BTW, 84 year olds should not be driving anywhere.
