I have a 409 savings plan where I can add upto $100 for each unit I sell and my supplier matches it with an additional $25. I can range the investment from a basic money market to extreme aggressive growth (I'm at level 5 out of 7 with 7 being the most aggressive).

I became fully vested this year and was looking at it's value - which brings me to my question: since inception I'm down about 4.3% (if you include the supplier match-I'm up 21%). The fund has cost me 4.3% over 3.5 yrs - How bad is that compared to other funds over the last 3.5 yrs?

To be honest, never heard of a 409 plan. I'm guessing it's some sort of ESOP? Anyway, hard to tell if it's any good unless I know how the funds are invested. If you know the names of the fund/funds, just plug that info into Morningstar.com.
