thanks larry. I do hate to be pissy, and lord knows I enjoys a lot of stuff that would make a porn 'actress' seem prudish, but some stuff really shouldn't be on the titles page. Cussing and foul language is one thing, but.....

I mean, I log into this site, which is supposedly safe to a point, and one of my female employees walks by when I just have the title page up and I get fukin sued for sexual harassment cause it says fuck cock yes or kiss my dick.

I mean, I don't mind broderline porn pics in threads, but the title page really should be decently sfw, imo.

Using that logic, a person could Google "David Carr Sucks", stumble onto the football forum, get offended by the KMD thread title, and hold you, LarryD the site owner, liable in court for some form of sexual harassment.

The premise is that a person sees it by accident, not necessarily intended for them, yet by seeing it their personal offense rises to the level of your liability in a sexual manner.

 

That's cool, at least I know the rules now.
