Or is everyone else sort of sick of football right now? I mean the only thing that has kept me on the board the past few days was the little mini feud with Collin. But outside of that, man I am just drained. Got to get my act together before Sunday at the dome. We lose, I will probably be relieved. We win, it just seems like an extra week of terror to look forward to.

Oh well, off to play some cards...

Yes, I'm sick of all the playoff scenarios and I'm sick of our offense. And more than either I'm sick of hearing our fans continue to whine.

I would say yes, except for no. I can't stand watching other professional sports.

I sympathize with your frustration, but the bowl layoff already made me realize how much I hate the time of year when football is over. I have no interest whatsoever in basketball or hockey, so as irritated as I might get with the Panthers, any football is better than no football.

I just want the Panthers to make the playoffs. There's no way this team would win the Super Bowl even if we were as good as we were in 2003. No one is beating the Colts this year unless they get upset in the AFC somehow. I still think if we make the playoffs we have a chance to do some damage. I mean the Bears probably won't play all their players next week which means that if we win we'll probably be the #1 wild card but have the same record as the #2 team. There's not that much of a difference between teams and the Seahawks for some reason don't scare me that much, and I don't think they are as good as their record shows.

In my heart I want them to win for sure. I am with Collin, for the most part the rest of the sports are just not my cup of tea and it is a long time until womens beach volleyball season starts up.

The primary frustation that I have is that I was so hoping to get that home playoff game because those are just so damned fun. Guess it could still happen, but I would say this cat is well past its 9 lives.

And speaking of lives, since the Panthers are facing an ultimatum game, do they still try and play conservative or do we think they may just so the hell with the system and just go for it? Throw it to Smitty 20 times for all I care, if it works it works. Get Foster active in all roles in the game. Not to make a specific comparision between the two, but Foster appears best when played more like LaDanlian Tomlinson than Stephan Davis. Send him inside, outside, lined up in the slot. Just keep moving him around. Hell, if the boy can toss the ball downfield lets try that. I am so sick and tired of the Driving Miss Daisey Downfield Offense...

It has been a weird season. For various reasons we simply haven't enjoyed the 10-6/11-5 record, when we obviously should.
