    Hum? Upgrade as of this years effort. Dom Capers or maybe we dig up George Allen. He pissed away all his draft picks and got nothing in return.

    Really, if you fire Fox, he could be the best option available in the coaching pool. Gruden won't be back next year. Cowher might, but it doesn't seem like his heart is really into it. And I don't think people realize how badly Shanahan screwed up the Broncos towards the end of his tenure there. If you hire someone else to coach this team, it will almost certainly be someone who has never been an NFL head coach, so you're taking a big leap of faith.

    It don't matter if theres quality choices out there or not,,,,,, the one thing WE DO KNOW is that if Fox remains to be our coach for next year, Jake will still be our QB, and this team will just continue to go round and round down the toilet.

    I don't think theres any question JR has to fire Fox, my only question is "when" it will be done...
