    Not saying anything about Fox vs anybody but Capers had any expansion team.

    Rodney was 3-7 at this point of the season in 2002. Regardless of Jake's shortcomings, he has led us well enough to be 8-2. The Oakland game was terrible, but let's remember the games in which he was turnover free and instilled some confidence in the offense that we lacked last year.

    not everybody's happy with him and not everybody's going to be, but when Fox goes, it's probably going to be a while before someone accomplishes much more than this. Hell, Cleveland hasn't won their division since 1989. The Cardinals haven't won one in ages, and they've made the playoffs five times in the last sixty years. We can certainly aim for much better than that, but some perspective is nice.

    this thread is about missing Henning , not firing the head coach

    I incorrectly thought Henning was the problem. In reality it was that the skill players (Colbert, Carter, Foster) sucked.

    I think the ball was different then too. Real slippery and hard to run with.
