    Troy Williamson, WR, South Carolina

I'm just not sold on him. so he's fast -- big deal. he's had six 100-yard games in his career. he's also has nine DNPs and only three games with six or more catches (6, 6 and 7). he's got one multi-TD game.

just not sold at all. let someone else gamble.

Just one? Since you got Williamson, I'll say that I'm gonna harp on Barron more. Has the skill, has the talent, seems to lack the heart, the interest, the drive. Just wasn't ever dominant, but was hurt, lacks long-term experience, and didn't seem to be terribly dedicated in interviews.

Could he be good? Sure. But he's never been great, and I've seen a lot of FSU tackles dominate. Barron wasn't one of them, and suddenly with a fast 40 time he's a star. Might've worked for Walter Jones, but I just don't trust Barron to have that same game. Just like with Williamson, it takes more than 40 time.

Elton Brown - from what I keep hearing he is likely to be an underachieving weight-battling hot ‘n cold player nagged by injury. He might never be an outright bust but IMO he’s looking like a misspent 1st round pick waiting to happen for whoever takes him in the first 32.

    Thomas Davis.

I think this guy could be a decent LB, but I think if we took him they'd try to make him a safety. One long time NFL Executive said about Thomas Davis: “He’s made more mental mistakes and instinctive mistakes than anyone I’ve ever scouted”. Dan Pompei also said Davis was: “a sucker for play-action and gets caught peeking into the backfield. He is as lost in a zone as a hillbilly in Manhattan.”

Darren Sproles, Nice story, just not what the Panthers need.

heath miller-ton of mocks have us taking him, don't know if they're factoring his injury or not...we need impact at 14, and an injured, under-utilized TE isn't impact. I'd like to see what Seidman can do in a bigger role.

Heath Miller is an absolute BEAS. I think he'd give us the red zone weapon we are going to be missing without Muhammad. I'm not scared off by the Sports Hernia. I think his pro day is Thursday -

You've really got to take into account his quarterback and offensive philosophy. I'm telling you, if this guy could play at USC this upcoming season, he'd be in the runnig for the #1 WR on the board next year.
