    i agree that lack of discipline and accountability are also a major issue.

    Watching the Cowboys makes me feel a tad bit better. Wasted talent and enough mental mistakes for a season highlight reel. Oh and a clueless coach :22_yikes:

    A veteran QB, a decent one anyway, would have made a lot of difference. They have quit now, for the first time under Fox, so it looks a lot worse. If we had signed McNabb I suspect we would be at .500 or better.
