And I still don't know why Dallas passed him up.

We sure have some crap for luck drafting running backs. Timmy, Foster, Shelton and anyone else that was so great I can not remember them have all been dissappointments. We passed up Eddie George to get Timmy and then passed up Clinton Portis to take Foster. I am not sure what great back we missed by taking Shelton but we probably did.

Goings did a good job last year running behind Wilig. Now we have Wahle in and Wilig out. I would like to see what Goings could do.

Because they turned that pick into Marcus Spears + Julius Jones (who isn't half bad himself). But sure, from a fantasy standpoint I wish Jackson was on a team that ran more.

I could see that. It was noted as a compliment (which came from Capers, FWIW [IMG]) but Henning's noted for having used a handful of running plays and tons of formations to disguise it, thinking formation will disguise the ideal that there are only a couple keys for a LB to need to recognize.

And yeah, if we keep sucking, we do need to make some changes. Hard to give Foster the majority of the carries, and Goings didn't do much with his carries (4/15 isn't terrible, I guess), but Reyes isn't an integral part of the equation. Our luck, the team would recognize a need for a change and sub in Fordham.

Goings just seemed to be running harder and hitting the hole faster to me. Maybe it would not bear out if he had more carries but something needs to happen soon to correct this.
