How do we beat the Saints?

There has been a lot of talk about how our defense can handle the Saints offense. I think that is less of a concern than how our offense will do against their defense. IMHO they are still not a great defense. They have done a great job of coming up with turnovers. We have an offense that has turned the ball over a lot this year. That is a formula for a blow out. If we can avoid turn overs but still be productive on offense I think we have a great chance. Our D should keep them from running away with the game.

 

My prediction, Panthers score >35 = victory, <35 = not a chance. I think they will score that much, regardless of how well our defense plays. If they score less then 30 points, win or lose our defense deserves a high five. Just don't see that happening. Don't see us scoring more then 24 either...

 

I really doubt our defense gives up over 30 points. If the offense turns the ball over a lot or can not maintain any time of possession then maybe but I really doubt they give up 30 straight up.

 

We wipe the H1N1 virus on all their mouthpieces in practice this week. Guaranteed win.

Score more points than them and keep it so until there is no more time in that game.
