    the offense
*has to beat the blitz. Hardly anyone has blitzed us oddly enough given the Eagles game, but the Saints do. Staying in the game is a big part here too - keeps them from teeing off.
*have to have hot receivers - quick throws.
*spread. We never do, but without a FB we can still use two TEs and spread. If we can spread them? It stops the blitz, it stops the SS in the box and it gives us a 6 on 6 matchup on offense.
*pull - the Saints blitz inside, and are weak outside. They're 31st against the outside run on the right side, and somehow 1st on the other - which means there's some real anomaly going on there. They're not that good on the other side either. So, pull. And for that matter, toss too. They're also not that good on contain, though watching tape of this past week might force them to get better.

They haven't faced many runs at all. They're not prepared to face 40 carries.

on defense, play sound. Play them tight. I don't know - can't do much blitzing. I have no idea really.

Got to have a big game from our front 4. A TD/Beason blitz on occasion, sure, but it's on the front to get pressure. Done it 4 straight weeks, now try and make it 5 against the NFC standard bearer.

Saints gave up some plays. Roddy White had a big day. Turner was able to run, particuarly when they were stunting inside. They blitz, and we time a screen to Deagelo, it could be gone. One on one with Smitty, cause they blitz, could be gone. Let's hope for big days from our studs.

The Panthers CAN NOT get to far behind. If so, no way they can come back running the ball. Heaven help them if they have to pass.

The Saints have turned the ball over a lot the past two weeks. If they do that again and we can get a substantial lead on them I think we can hold on to it. We will just take the air out of the ball and run it all day like we did against the Cards.

The Saints are overdue for a loss. I do not know if we will win but someone is going to beat them soon.

Brees has 6 turnovers last 2 games...

the Saints have also managed to score a combined 81 points the last 2 games too...

they are averaging 39 point per game

for a team that went 8-8 last season, have a shot at staring 8-0

They have scored points on defense to allow them to win the last two games. If we can avoid turning the ball over against them I think we have a decent shot to win. If Jake starts handing out christmas presents to the DBs then it will be a slaughter.
