I hated to see fans holding up a giant "Fire Capers" sign. Obviously their frustration is warranted, but even when I desperately wanted Seifert gone, I didn't do anything so crass.

Watching the new Manning commercial reminded me of how much I loved that old one, especially when the entire stadium of New England fans started chanting "Cut that meat! Cut that meat!" during the AFC Championship game last season. That was one of my all-time classic NFL moments and I wish I had it on tape.

not entirely true. In the Texans' other primetime game, against the Seahawks, Shaun Alexander scored 19,047,286 touchdowns before sitting at the end of the first quarter.

They can take consolation in the fact that their cheerleaders make ours look like dogshit, even if they aren't drunken lesbians.

I don't have the volume very high for obvious reasons. Did my ears play a trick on me or did Theismann say "South Carolina got beat by Chicago"?
