    It was called in the New Orleans game but they didn't explain it. I think it's catching him from behind in a choke-hold attitude.

    Looked like the defender got a handfull of Smith's jersey. The horse collar rule specifies the back of the shoulder pads, I think. Don't know what the difference is as far as the result of the tackle is concerned.

    Hard to say. Jones' right hand did grasp the neckhole of Smith's jersey, but it's hard to tell if he had the shoulder pads as well or not. Smith snapped back like he did, but you can't really tell from the camera angle.

    Looks as if Smith`s jersey is double-sided taped to his pads in the back. If it was jersey that was grabbed then the pads followed.
