I noticed a couple of things Sunday that are a good sign of our fanbase improving. One is that 2 or 3 times as many people are wearing jerseys as compared to 3 or 4 years ago (granted about 1 in 4 are are those give-away jerseys from last year). Two is John Kasey getting a pretty loud pre-game ovation when he came out to kick warm-ups before the game....which says that most of the people in the stadium a) can recognize Kasay without help from the PA announcer, and b) knows who the MVP of last weeks game was even though his name is not Smith, Delhomme, or Peppers.

I'll be curious about the Brown's game - I remember being surprised last time they came here that there were so many Brown's fans.

Yeah, I remembered that picture of Arrowhead when you all were talking about it yesterday and being shocked the place was empty. I just don't think it's fair to compare a young team's fan base to a team that's been around forever. I think aside from the "psl effect" we're also dealing with the fact as others have stated that many folks around here are still fans of their pre-Panther team. You can't knock folks for staying with "their team".
