Yep, Scherer seemed to make even Delhomme and Moore worse the longer they were exposed to him, like a deadly virus. Clausen may not exactly be The Shit, but aside from a piss-poor offense, I wonder how much Scherer had to do with making him look even worse than he is?

 

feel good about the hires. they are Rivera's choices, not hurney's. nothing against hurney in saying that, but i think it good the HC is able to pick his guys. actually, it says good about hurney that he's allowing Rivera to pick his staff.

not that interested in who will be our QB coach, just glad Scherer is gone.

that next big decision is QB. we have three young guys, none of which has looked good. if we pick up a vet, one of the current QBs is gone. that'll be interesting. no room to draft another rook unless hurney is willing to give up on one of the guys he drafted last year, which ain't happening. i dunno. hope i'm am so wrong on jimmy.
