This team has proved one thing to me already, it DON'T QUIT !!!!
At last, a winning attitude. Baring unforseen events and injuries, we COULD GO TO THE PLAYOFFS !!!!!

I am sure glad I was already on O2 by the time this game was over. With a win in Tampa, that should make the one here as exciting as hell !!!

Glad we got the bye week this week. At first I thought it was a lousy deal, but we still have holes in our secondary. AND, WE STILL CAN'T SEEM TO SCORE IN THE RED ZONE Maybe we can use this break to fix these two serious defficiences in our teams otherwise stellar performance. Anybody willing to admit they wanted Spurrier over Fox ? Anybody question why they went out and got DELLHOMMMMME ??

An Old Coot so happy to see his Panthers play 5 full quarters, he can't stand it (I was so excited when Kasay kicked that winning field goal, that my wife gladly let me have a beer (still on my no-no list) just to calm me down.

    Paux Nobiscum

The Old Coot is coming along real well. I expect to be back too my old obnoxious self in short order.

Question, if Fox had come here instead of See-Fart, would Buerlein still have been QB ? Seems TO BE PLAYING RIGHT WELL FOR Denver these days. (Just wanted to see if Sandy was still around !!)

    A much improved and a really happy Old Coot  :) :D :D :D

Glad you enjoyed the game, Cootmeister. I was worried another spectacular finish would send you to the great beyond.

Best wishes for your continued recovery!

Glad to hear from you Old Coot! We sure thought about calling you yesterday. When the Bucs got that TD, my wife looked at me and I thought I was going was going to cry right in front of her, then I remembered they still had to kick, and we done blocked 2!

We were 100% in game 1, a perfect 2 for 2 in terms of touchdowns when entering the red zone.

I'd say judging red zone efficeincy against the Buc's Defense is little much. We were great in the red zone against Jacksonville, and we could not get it in the endzone against Tampa. Lets see how we do the next couple weeks against Atlanta and the Saints. That should answer some questions. I expect you will see some TD's.
