Healthiest and Worst Fast Food

the most unhealthy food on the planet is pizza hut's meat lovers cheese crust pizza. it has like 900 calories and 50 grams of fat per slice.

I am currently on the Adkins and know full well the eating the burgers w/o the buns trick. Been a regular to McDonalds and their 1 double cheeseburgers, no ketchup (sugar). Eat the burgers alone like chips. Amazing how many burgers it takes to fill you up when you leave off buns

YEAH, BABY, YEAH!! That's football watchin' food right there!

But I don't think that's quite the worst. I don't know if you have Jack-In-The- Box out there, but they have a burger unofficially called 'The Carnivore'. If I remember correctly, it's a triple cheeseburger with loads of bacon, available on a grilled (in butter) sourdough bun. I tried it once. It tasted great, but it felt like I had a brick in my stomach for at least four hours afterward. Jack-In-The-Box won't even post the nutrional stats for it. The worst they post is for their 'Ultimate Cheeseburger', which is only a double and has numbers similar to Pizza Hut's meatlovers' with stuffed crust.

Good Lord, is it any wonder I'm 285??
