Hard Candy CD ??? Song(s) ???

OK, I have grabbed all the new songs from Hard Candy off the net. Now two of the songs are nothing but a very repetitive musical verse or two - no lyrics.

The song titles are: "If I could give all my love" and "Miami".

Now what I am wondering is this an attempt by the band to stop people form downloading stuff. I read back when Napster was popular that BNL or someone had actually flooded the web with songs that did not play all of a tune...

Does any one have the CD? Can you verify these two songs?

Also the tune "Holiday in Spain" is only 1:35.

Yes I have tried multiple downloads from differentt sources.

I wouldn't say it's impossible, but each subsequent release has sucked a little more.

Just the opposite... I guess their problem was they got away from trying to please the common folk - the top 40 type. There is some very good stuff on the latest. While I was not as pleased with the last, still I guess its just one of those groups you like or you don't.

I think that popularity speaks for itself. If I have to make a conscious effort to find out if someone's put out new music in the last five years, they're not as popular as they were. The hits they've put out have not been that good in the last few years and most people don't feel like going past a bad song to chance bad songs.

Your right... but something tells me we have someting in common here to some degree... you don't seem like the type to concerned with what "most" people think about music...

When you get a chance listen to "Carriage" and maybe "American Girls" - they were very easy finds on Kazaa. I think Carriage has a little sax... (you can pm me if you'd like after you listen) As far as the other songs, I can understand why the casual listener would not like to much - thats ok.
