Guerin to the Stars

5yr at 45mil ain't too shabby. Now Dallas has to see if Turco works out. (I hate Dallas)

Guerin gets paid

Chelios resigns with the Wings

2yrs at 12mil.

I didn't think he'd leave Detroit and 6mil a season I wouldn't either.

Chelios stays put.

The Rangers offered him two years 14 mil. He wanted to stay in Detroit number one) because he has three kids and doesn't want to move them and number 2) he has a legit chance at getting another cup. I don't want to hear any of this "Detroit bought another cup" when players go there for less money. Two teams offered Cujo 9 mil per season but he chose to go with 8 for a chance to win the cup.
