    Donte Curry mostly a special teams guy signed to replace him per gantt.


    Looks like Haynes will be active for the rest of the year.

    sucks. I liked Goings, just not as a return man.

    blurb on his replacement:
    Panthers sign LB Curry
    The Panthers have signed linebacker Donte Curry and have placed running back Nick Goings on injured reserve. In his seventh NFL season, Curry has played in 78 games with 12 starts and has posted 134 special teams tackles to go along with 108 tackles and three sacks on defense. Four times in five years he finished first or second in special teams tackles for Detroit. Goings suffered a concussion versus Tampa Bay.

    He went from hoping to play against the Colts to being placed on IR? Is this the league being more cautious with concussions?
