    Dorsey from KC is essentially a better Marty Hurney. McGloughan is solid if you can overlook the drinking problem and crazy wife. I guess I'll reiterate that I would be fine with promoting Don Gregory. That's not a flashy move but he has a solid reputation and it would keep continuity.
