Getting closer to the 5D II purchase

Edit: Getting closer to the 7D purchase

After weeks of research and renting a Canon XH A1 HD Camera and talking with a couple pros, I'm moving closer and closer towards Cannon's 5D mark II.

Not going to buy it for it's great still photography uses, but to shoot HD video.
Anyone here have the 5D? Use it for video?

After digging around, I've decided on the 7D... Anyone have one?

Curious to hear reviews.

 

the 7d is great for video. i can't freaking decide -- get the 5dmkii now because it's full-frame, get the 7d because of the advanced metering system, or wait for the 5dmkiii (which will hopefully be a combination of the two).
