    they cant, unfortunately thats why he was able to leave Charlotte. On the other hand, the NBA will looks out for its best interest as a whole. if its more profitable in KC they will let them move there. still Im sure they would love nothing more than to see him sell.

    I don't know the specifics of the whole deal, but the building of the practice facility has been a problem down there from day one when the moved. I'm assuming that Shinn and his lawyers see it as a way to leave New Orleans and set up shot in Oklahoma City permanently. We'll see what happens.
