I think you build a number 1 defense and the championship will come.
Denver`s offense didn`t win that superbowl.

Run the ball, stop the run and protect the QB

Hell no one seems interested in talking draft, or free agency.

It's you. You seem to only want to broach the matter with people that will nod in agreement.

Sorry but That's bullshit. We had differing opinions on the Panthers ok fine I didn't blast. You havent mentioned any of your teams Raiders, niners Chiefs needs. I've posted what other teams have waived. How can that be construed as nit wanting to talk to unlike minds

You never commented one way or another. I had assumed that you were blocking.

    OK then.

    Niners:

    1. OL
    2. WR
    3. ILB
    4. DB
    5. DE/OLB

    Raiders:

    1. OL
    2. DB
    3. ILB
    4. RB
    5. DL/Interior

    Chiefs:

    1. OL
    2. RB
    3. WR
    4. DL
    5. OLB

I have been doing a draft party four years running. There are six of us and we bet a buck apiece per pick in the first round. In the ensuing weeks I will put together a top 5 at each position and make my bets accordingly. I'll share if you'd like. It's served me well as I have won 2 of 4 years.

Someone with more sense or patience tell me how deep is this draft and free agency with OTs. Based upon Reds teams in question LOTS of teams want OTs. I am assuming the Panthers will take the best available player at CB,DE,and OT. It's a great draft for pass rushing DEs so I could see the Panthers waiting until rds 2 or 3 for a DE. The Raiders and Jags have a SHITLOAD of money to go shopping as they flushed away bad contracts and have drafted well to minimize crashing and burning last year

Saw on the ESPN ticker that in the first round this year there might be only 6 skill players selected.

Big year for OL, DE/OLB and CB/DB. My hunch tells me that 18'ish of the top 31 will be from these positions alone.

The common denominator in this years draft is OL/OT. Everyone seems to need one, and there are an abundance of them.
