Game Balls

So -
Defense: Beas, wins it. Godfrey, got us 7 and got allright at tackling there at the end (total 11). Maybe CJ for the FF

O: let's just say everybody. 4 backs with TDs, 215 yd rushing, LaFell and Smith with big yardage, Cam with an efficient game.

 

CJ played great, created a boat load of rushed passes. Alexander had his third pass deflection of the young season, and Gamble with great play against Graham keeping them from a td. On offense it seems like LaFell is emerging as a true complement to Steve Smith and Chud actually uses him.

 

Godfrey made a great play, but that only canceled out his awfulness in allowing Graham's easy touchdown.

 

Team game ball today... They played like the championship team they want to become today

 

Lafell- nice job stepping up to the #2 spot

Kalil- nice blocking downfield and good protection

Chud/Cam -masterful game calling/good execution

Beason-great hustle

Honorable mention: how bout that play action work cam did in the reverse, lie to me and say you saw him hand it off at first glance

 

Stewart. His presence today help lift the entire rush game.

 

I give one to the whole team, for showing some nuts and making clutch plays. Hopefully that becomes a habit.
