    Dominick has the lead in the anti-executive of the year award.

    There's already talk about Glazer wanting to bring back Dungy in a Team President-type role. If I were Dungy, I'd give Glazer the finger and tell him to clean up his own mess.

    hard to say - do you wait for him to develop, or do you let him show enough sign to recoup something? I'm sure there are a lot of top ten busts that the teams would've loved to have at least gotten a 2 back.

    I don't think he's a bust yet, underperforming sure, but he's already shown more than the other highly picked ends the last few years.
