Good question. I guess it depends on how willing Saunders is to adjust his offense to the 'Skins' personnel. He'll have to anyway, to an extent. It's not like they've got a Tony Gonzales on that roster.

uh....excuse me, but I believe the Saunders inquiry was directed to Captain Perfect.

If he hasn't tweaked it after this long, he's not going to tweak it now. And as for the rest, it's spelled Clemens, and I absolutely love how you went from stalking me to being mags' little sidekick. For future reference, he does like his ego stroked, but he doesn't like overt sycophants anymore than I do. You may think you'll win him over by sucking his dick and adopting his positions, but you're only going to annoy him too.

    chipshot:
I doubt it changes that much. Tony Richardson was used in a versatile fashion before they became so incredibly effective at running the ball, although he could fill both roles whereas the Redskins will need to split between Cooley on most downs and Sellers in short yardage situations. And as for Tony G, Cooley isn't quite as talented but did have only 7 fewer catches last season.

Clements, Clemens....either way you slice it, it's a bad fucking idea.

And, thanks for the sp correction, Capt. Perfect.

And around 130 yards less, but yeah -- he's a lot closer to Gonzo's neighborhood than I would've thought.

Still, I don't know that the two are interchangeable, which was sort of my point. Gonzo can do a lot of things Cooley can't, or at least not as well. There are darn few who can.
