haven't seen many of your arguments to be definitive but i've taken an instant dislike to you as you come off as a chickenshit little piss ant who likes to hear himself make outlandish opinions and attack people who have a different opinion and then backs off and starts qualifying his definitions of "bust" and "awful," which ordinarily don't need explaining, when cornered.

just wondering if you're too sticking to your guns on your wharton argument with mags? i'd suspect not and i'd also suspect you can also explain how you weren't wrong as you will when Williamson becomes a good WR and deep threat in the NFL.

in my book the wharton argument leaves you factually 0-1 in arguments i have observed in the short time you have blessed us with your holiness. and too lose to Mags in an argument is not an easy thing to do. ;) so i'm gonna count you 0-3. you got a lot of catching up to do in my book pal before i kiss your feet.

being so wrong about Tomlinson is bad enough to have no credibility whatsoever on any future comments, in my book.

#1) If you knew anything about me (I guess you haven't been around long enough), you'd know why that statement is so amusing.

    #2) *yawn*

If my opinions seem outlandish to you, it is possible that they simply are, but I think it's much more likely that you find them frustrating because they disagree what you believe and yet you can't counter them.

#1) Pot, meet kettle. Seriously, hypocrisy isn't attractive.

#2) I called your statement silly and ridiculous because it was. You looked like a damn fool for saying that scouts thought Clayton would run a 4.8. Obviously you understand that saying something so absurd made you look like you have no knowledge at all of what reasonable 40 times are, plus possibly a liar depending upon whether or not you actually did read anything resembling what you claimed.

What am I backing off from? You've made that charge twice now without explanation. I've been pretty clear about my opinion of Williamson and I haven't waffled on that at all. What I am doing is pointing out how silly a "wager" would be since it would take years to definitively say who is correct, barring something extreme like Williamson being a 1,000 yard receiver very quickly or him being so bad that he's booted out of the league.

Honestly I don't remember what Wharton argument you're talking about. Care to enlighten me?

The amusing thing is that, by my standards anyway, I have been exceedingly nice to you. (and for the peanut gallery, this is exactly what I'm talking about when I say that people react to me this way even when I don't call them names, etc) I could go off and start hurling insults as I did in a recent thread in a separate forum, but why? You're being completely disrespectful, but honestly I don't get too worked up about that since I have pretty thick skin. And it's not like I can say your opinion of Williamson is definitely wrong because no one knows what a prospect will do. I have pointed out when you've been wrong about 40 times, etc, which is why I think you're so defensive and subsequently offensive, but ultimately it's all just educated guessing.

So take a pill, write me off as some crazy guy who doesn't know what he's talking about, and if I end up being correct perhaps by then you'll have developed the maturity to show yourself as a man by owning up to your mistake. I know if I do that I will, because I've done it before (re: Steve Smith).

    Reznor:
Dude, first off, you don't go out on a limb and make judgments about anyone. Second and more importantly, I doubt you'd admit it if you did and ended up wrong.

I've made plenty of judgments about NFL players, 90% of my 6000 posts are probably in this forum. I can't help you were incarcerated or having a final fantasy circlejerk and missed it. Seriously, if you're just here to start shit, leave. We've been fine the whole time you've been gone. Honest.

Oh now you're going to get your panties in a wad because I was completely disrespectful. Dude, you earned your fucking reputation, now live with it.

I don't take each little thread as a microcosm, your actions in the baseball thread carry over to here, for anyone who reads it. Get over yourself, you're really not all that.

Really? Granted, I've only been browsing for the last couple of days, but I haven't noticed and I don't recall you bringing up any of your successes or failures. For that matter, I don't know who you are. I have a pretty good memory, so that can't be a good thing.

Have you actually noticed that you are starting shit with me? I can't decide whether or not you honestly aren't aware of your hypocrisy or you do know and think it's funny.

Apparently not. Larry isn't the only one who has asked me to improve the quality of this forum by posting here. And quite frankly, judging by what I've seen so far, I can see why. But put your mind at ease, I pop up somewhere every year before the draft because this is the time I enjoy talking football the most. I'll be gone again soon enough, then you and your peers can go back to saying things without having to worry about someone pointing out how wrong or ignorant they are.

Not only have I earned it, but I accept it. It's not the attacks I mind so much as some people following me around to various threads like yapping little chihuahuas, and others such as yourself simultaneously talking about how wrong it is for me to be insulting when you're insulting me. I've always explained that the hypocrisy gets me more than just about anything.

You'd like to think so, but if I actually wasn't "all that":
#1) No one would react to me. Trolls get ignored.
#2) I wouldn't get people so pissed off by proving that they don't know what they're talking about.
and #3) More people would be able to get some "revenge" by showing that they know more than I do once in a while.

Instead I get people like you saying a whole lot of nothing, just puffing up a big attitude while adding nothing to the discussion. Speaking of which, are you actually going to comment on the draft or are you going to continue spewing verbal diarrhea all over the forum?

my thoughts on this draft are well known by most of the regulars, I don't have anything to add at this time. I really couldn't care less if you remember me, I generally lay pretty low. Like I said, your reputation precedes you, you're going to be insulted first just based on past experiences. I'm just not that interested in this draft, as I've posted in a couple threads.

I'm not that interested in arguing the hypocrisy angle with you either, I'm really indifferent to your whole existence. I'll toss some salt into your wounds from time to time though. Deal with it.

Fact: Nobody liked you at charlotte.com
    Fact: Nobody likes you here
Fact: People will take pot shots at things they don't like

Just like Brain, I really just don't feel like fucking around with your teen angst at this time.

Plus, I don't know for sure, but I doubt if Larry asked you to come back, knowing that most, if not all of the regular posters pretty much hate you.

Oh, and about this particular brilliant musing:

"Really? Granted, I've only been browsing for the last couple of days, but I haven't noticed and I don't recall you bringing up any of your successes or failures. For that matter, I don't know who you are. I have a pretty good memory, so that can't be a good thing."

That might be because I'm comfortable enough with who I am not to have to dwell on my successes to justify my existence.
