    Benjamin, Smitty, Lafell and Olsen would have been pretty good.

    LaFell here as the two behind Benjamin, after Smitty retired, probably pretty good too.

    LaFell is a significantly better receiver right now than Kelvin Benjamin. It's fair to say that Benjamin is only a rookie and might end up getting much better, but at this moment LaFell is the superior player, and frankly it's not that close. It's funny how LaFell got killed for drops yet Benjamin has had almost as many in half a season as "Donald" did in his worst full season.

    It's also strange that so many people are still OK with Cotchery even though he dropped a god damn game winning pass in Cincinnati.

    LaFell had a decent trial shot at being lead dog for a few games and did nothing with it. (edit: or did not do enough, at least, to convince people he was a viable option in that role). Jury is still out on Benjamin. They are different players anyway.

    And if Benjamin does not stop with the dropped TD passes, he will get plenty of heat. I think.
