    how did we get the wrong guy? otah was a great pick up for us. and look how were doing so far this year its not like we would have gotten a top 20 draft pick! i def like the call now! at the time i didnt b/c i didnt know much about otah but great decision by fox! if anyone says otherwise your retarded

    Could the Panthers not sign all 3 to long term deals that are back loaded freeing up more $$ next season to add a few vet F/A 's .

    I'm talking top F/A's
    not the blue light specials

    The current roster has enough talent to make a few runs at the Super Bowl

    adding a few quality Vets and keeping current roster intact would make that push easier.

    :whoosh: Go and search for all the times Thelt said we MUST sign max starks. That's what chip was joking about.

    Yeah, and 2010 does look like a barren year for CB in FA (at least as far as KFFL can project) but I'd still imagine a team throwing significantly more money at Marshall.

    My reasoning: He's a starting CB on a top defense, think he's gonna be looking for peanuts?

    Why I'd rather keep Marchall: Lucas is gonna be looking at years for his last contract. He'll be worth it early in it, not later.

    Guess we'll have to wait and see.
