"We have agreed to a contract in principle," Hurney said Thursday night. "Everything is done except for a few small details. But barring any snags, we expect to get the deal signed Friday morning." The deal is reportedly worth approximately $5 million with signing bonuses worth close to $2 million.

I know. But with all the goings-on that we heard about getting Peppers in at $13 mil, when his contract is highly incentive based, and Foster basically gets the same bonus as Gaffney, but with three less years?
