    Let's negate what each did in their ill-fated second lives.
    Seifert brought a number of innovations to the game as a DC, and with one ring less than Gibbs as a HC, had a higher winning percentage. I don't expect everyone to agree, considering the bitterness over his final year here, but at minimum they're on an equal level, and in my opinion seeing the imprint he left on defensive football coming out of the 3-4 era, I'd put GS a little higher. But on my 'scale', people who impacted the game in new ways and won, go a little higher than people who did the same old things and won.

    If you really must know, I threw out Gibbs because of all the other names mentioned, not because I thought he should be mentioned. :banana:
