Breer says they turned down two Rams firsts for Burns.

Grain salt, untrustworthy, biased against the team caveats etc

EDITED originally credit rapsheet. It was Breer.

    a 2024 and a 2025 1st rounder.
normally, you lose a round for each year as far as value
So they are actually offering the equivalent to a 2nd and 3rd in the upcoming draft.
Having said that, LA will probably suck a lot worse by then and both could end up in the top 10
Lastly, as i have mentioned, it would be good to know what type of D we are planning to run next season. If a 34, then keep him, if a 43, then take the money and run

If the 34/43 thing is a problem for the next coaching staff, then your problem is the coaching staff.

Buffalo is a 43 team that went and got Von Miller. They stand him up. Everyone else lines up where they always have, they just have one of their 7 techniques in a 2 point stance. It's not a difficult adjustment for competent coaches.

I hate when coaches are so rigid in their scheme that they can't adjust to suit talent. Every NFL DC should have some semblance of a multiple front system.
