Enough already, make a damn decision! NFL Network keeps showing the empty table set up for the Favre decision press conference that was supposed to happen at 8:00am EST.

This is getting comical. Favre is becoming Leon from the beer commericals.

He has this presser every year, it was the media that trumped this presser up not Favre. The presser is all about his charity golf tourney. I agree he needs to cook or get out of the kitchen though.

I think the Packers need to make the decision for him-CUT HIS ASS! Take the wrath for a short time from the fans and then they will know in what direction they need to go. And go ahead and take the cap hit (if there is one).

Brett is just delaying his retirement to see if any other team is interested in him.I think he would gladly play for a contender if they can afford him, if not he will retire.

Packers need to sign Collins *gulp* and give Brett a 1 week deadline all along making it his decision one way or the other. Then if nothing cut him

He asked the team to show it was willing to improve itself through FA and if they did, he'd come back. Instead they let two more OL walk along with a pretty good K then signed hardly any one that'll make an impact on them getting better. Frankly, I think he wants to play and hopes the Pack will cut him so he can go elsewhere. No one will take his contract and the hit that'll come with it knowing he's only gonna go another year and retire. He has to be free and clear from his present deal before he can do anything. I can see him playing maybe three more years in the right situation should the opportunity present itself. The team would have to be a contender now though and not be missing too many pieces. San Diego, Tampa Bay, and Chicago come to mind.
