We always have a freebie league for those that are not as confident in their abilities and another where it's more than just ego that gets stepped on. Either way the Swollen Colons are in again

Money and/or ego don't enter into it for me. I just like to keep it free, I'm not a betting type of guy and the one time I threw in money, half the people didn't end up paying anyway.

I did a league of my own last year and half my players did not pay. I am going to have a live draft this year and collect the money up front.

I learned long ago, if it's a pay league, you have to collect up front. The baseball and football leagues I run both require at least half of the league entry to be paid on draft day. And if they only pay the half, there is an extra $10 due with the second half. I'd say usually 2/3 of the owners pay in full on draft day. Makes my life so much more simple and the winners enjoy actually getting paid what they won.
