9:09 PT: ESPN.com's Len Pasquarelli reports the Seattle Seahawks have agreed to terms with free agent CB Doug Evans (Panthers) on a two-year deal worth $3.8 million.

Good for Doug. He's back with Holmgren.

Evans is and always has been a bump and run corner. With a pass rush he can be a great corner IMO but without one he will get burnt. We never had the rush to use him or Davis effectively so we played off thus leading to Evans=Toast.

I wish him well and think he'll do good out there. He was with Holmgren before he came here, that could be the reason he went to rainy Seattle
