    I went and got breakfast out this morning and they brought me "scrambled" instead of OE. That's fine, I'm not a restaurant complainer. Scrambled is an art to do correctly and they did it more like a bunch of folded layers of an ommlette than scrambled. I drank alot of coffee and I'm rambling about eggs. I think I should teach them how to make scrambled.

    by art I mean you just add a tad of luke warm water and whisk them just enough and not overcook them
