    only in emergency situations anyway, but with the new rules, does Edwards dress instead of a legitimate 3rd QB?

    I think so. I think that adds to his value. I'm sure John Fox will be dressing two QBs and teaching a TE how to hand off.

    No, but one of them could end up being inactive on gamedays with Edwards as the listed 3rd QB because that player can now be used at any time during the game instead of having to wait for the 4th quarter. Personally, I was hoping they would eliminate the inactive bullshit altogether, as that would really increase the quality of special teams play.
