    Is there a penalty for this? If there isnt there should be, say a skins pick to the panthers for tampering.

    I think that what Moose's agent wanted for his client, (around 10 million signing bonus and 7 million a year for 5 years?) has already been reported in the newspaper. Can't Gibbs make a comment on what he has heard his agent say? I'm not real sure on the NFL rules, and how strict they are, but If a player's agent has already given out the ballpark figure...and Gibbs thinks it is excessive for his age, that is his personal opinion. He could have formed that opinion without even talking to Moose or his agent.

    Yeah, didn't we have to give up a pick for tampering when we hired Capers from the Steelers?
