Pick Victor Oladipo. Trade Gerald Henderson and next years #1 (from Portland) to Phoenix for #5. Pick Anthony Bennett at #5. Give Dwight Howard a kings ransom.

Hornets title contender in 2015! :55:

OR: Pick Victor Oladipo. Trade Gerald Henderson and next years #1 (from Portland) to Sacramento for DeMarcus Cousins. Team would still be MUCH better.

Oladipo is going to be a star IMO. I like him better than McLemore - just all around better player. We need a warrior like Victor on this team.

Or take a foriegner that no one has ever heard of and wait for him to suck.

2008 draft defines how bad this team is.
Draft Augustin just before Brook Lopez or Roy Hibbert a few picks back
    Then draft Alexis Ajinça

This is a typical draft in which picking a star is a crap shoot.
Oladipo might be great, who knows?
Whatever happens will probably end up being the worst possible thing that could happen.

Howard would never sign here and it would take far more than that to get Cousins.

I wonder if you can remove draft protection from picks. If so, Charlotte would be smart to let Chicago have this one instead of the future unprotected first.

i don't think it'll be an issue til the 2016 draft. if charlotte is still getting top 5 picks by that date, they might as well let chicago have all their picks.
