He still has time for a career change.

Wait! Didn't we draft Will Grier in 3rd round?

No deep ball? Second in this class only to Willis, but with much better production. Not saying that he's going to be anything more than Blaine Gabbert, but he's got a good arm and quick release. Hopefully McAdoo and Ryan can work with that.

He needs to call Will Grier and get hooked up with his SARMs source.

Corral in the 3rd would be fun if it didn't cost two other draft picks to make it happen. He's a big NFL project, and you'd like a project to actually fall to you, not trade up to get one.

Except for off the field struggles, he would have gone 1st round. He has physical talent, great arm and quickness moving around the pocket, but sitting behind Darnold and staying out of trouble will be the keys to his success

not sure about 1st. His profile is pretty Gabbert/Paxton Lynch. Hope for the best, expect the worst.

A future pick irks me more, this draft was allegedly so weak and talentless we kinda played ourselves there.

I'm convinced Rhule sold tepper on extending the rebuild. Trading away future picks confirms that.

Yeah, I don't see the mighty Sam Darnold lasting 17 games for a coach who needs to win. At some point, Corral gets thrown into the fire. The line being massively upgraded should help him, though.

The "off-field" stuff sounds overcooked. It's not like he's tried to rape 22 women.
