Texas is not a good run D, despite the present of Wright and the good stats. Texas A&M showed that you can run over the Longhorns as long as you're still in the game enough to be able to run. LenDale definitely ran with power and I was impressed at how he read his blocks and was so quick to the hole, but it's still true that he was rarely even contacted until at least 5 yards downfield. The short yardage stuffs were more significant to me than the 3 touchdowns.

If he ran through those he probably would go top half of the round. I too was impressed how he read things and how quick he was to the hole. Thats rare. Not real rare, but rare enough that we've only had one RB who could do it. I REALLY want another one.

I also think the Aggie game was Texas being stuffed full of turkey, in part. Hard to believe that rivalry wouldnt produce emotion from the get go.

We'll see. If there is a premium DT there, fine. Those guys usually go high. DTs taken low in the round seem to turn out to be barely good starters. RBs taken there seem to be quality players often. I've barely done any reading on the draft, and less watching. I don't know much about the alternatives yall have talked about.

Lets just say this incredible game will impact the draft. I read Young decided to stay regardless of the outcome, but he surely will rethink.

Riggs isn't decisive enough. Got plenty of speed. Vision ain't great. Hell run with power, and has open field speed, but lacks elusiveness.

Only problem with Addai is his injuries.
