If you haven't already started, start saying 'NO!' today.

February, to my wife: "The last weekend of April is Draft Weekend. Don't schedule anything for me. Don't commit me to anything. Don't ask me to do anything for you. I will be useless to you beginning at 12:00pm Saturday until early evening on Sunday. I will agree to attend church Sunday morning, but we will not go out to lunch or go see your parents or anyone else in our family. I'm putting it on the calendar, so that at the beginning of April, you will have another reminder that the last weekend in April is off-limits."

Yesterday: "No, I won't have time to hang pictures for you this weekend. It's Draft Weekend. You've known about this for months."

This morning: "No, I can't take the boys to the peewee golf clinic. It starts at 1:00pm. The Titans will be on the clock by then."

Agreed, I can't wait till it's over. I enjoy it but it's a bit excessive. I'll be listening to the AM as I can due to being at Merlefest.

What a great idea. I can't do that 'cause the boys have baseball Saturday morning and I need her around.

I hope you get to see the Panther pick. I can see it now. "Just hold on baby, one more pick to go."
