A car wreck is an isolated incident. Still a car wreck.

The part the gets me is, obviously, that the Pats didn't need to do it to win. So why do it at all?

Wow, that's compelling evidence there. <sarcasm>

I promise you that no coach is "scared" to come out if they had any evidence. Your "heat" theory is about as lame as everything else you post.

There is no way that with the hundreds of players, dozens of coaches and many employees that have left NE during the Belichek era that not one of them besides Mangini is talking. No fucking way.

If there were anything there at all, someone would be talking. Not to mention that the league investigated it further and found nothing... not even anything in the Patriots video library.

I know it hurts you but it is reality.

Actually Goodell has acknowledged that the NFL received multiple complaints from different teams over the last two years about the Patriots filming their defensive signals, but never had any proof until the Jets confiscated that tape.

Shula's comments are ridiculous, though. I have no love for the Pats, but it would be nice if we didn't have to hear about those stupid Dolphins anymore.

Clearly reading comprehesion isn't your strength.

They were fined for having a video camera on the sidelines. That is against NFL rules. Why would anyone dispute that?

My entire point, if you would fucking read it, was that the reason for the camera is what is being investigated. It is believed and will be proven that NE was trying to prove that Mangini recieved Patriots signals prior to that game from a patriot employee.

So why did they record other teams signals?

somehow I doubt Pi's buddy's big investigation involves other incidents. are there any ex-pats coaches on the Packers' staff?

As stunning as it may sound, I will take King's direct quotes from actual, you know, NFL coaches, over your bluster.

    Hard to believe, I know.

And if they were trying to catch the Jets cheating why were they filming the Defensive coordinator sending in signals and then panning the camera to the down and distance each time? That's not even a half clever excuse.
