Well, no sex in the champaign room for Shula. At least not this week.

If they get past Jacksonville, it's over with. I doubt they would fold it up if they're 15-0 going into the last game. The postseason is another matter, because I happen to think Denver could stop them this year. And if not them, Chicago or Carolina in the Super Bowl.

Dungy doesn't give a flying fuck about going 16-0 as long as they have secured homefield throughout the playoffs, the starters will rest. Honestly, why risk a Super Bowl run and get someone hurt. 16-0 means nothing without the ring!

Well, they play the Cardinals, so the starters wouldn't need to play the whole game anyway. And regardless of how Dungy feels, there will be to much pressure, by the media and by the fans, to win that game if they're 15-0.

I'm not advocating this, but it is a realistic scenario.

If they get to 15-0 he ought to take a vote of the players to see what they want to do. I bet every guy who's healthy enough would want to play.

they haven't once been classy about it. I don't expect them to change. They are pompous and arrogant, and the only ones that care that much abotu it are them. That's why everyone gets annoyed when Buoniconti is leading the toast. They are all so smug about it--I want Indy to go perfect and win the SB, as long a they are not playing Carolina.

If Big Ben had not been so rusty the Steelers might have got it done. That onsides kick was crazy too. The Steelers seemed to lose a lot of momentum when they missed that field goal that would have tied the game at ten.

    Flair got in trouble recently:

Ric Flair accused of assaulting motorist

(Charlotte, NC-AP) November 29, 2005 - A Charlotte motorist is accusing "The Nature Boy" of staging an impromptu wrestling match on Interstate 485.
But, Ric Flair is denying allegations that he got out of his car last Wednesday, grabbed the motorist by the neck and kicked the door of the sport utility vehicle, leaving the motorist with bruises and a dent in his Toyota 4Runner.

Last Friday, a magistrate issued warrants charging Flair with injury to personal property and simple assault and battery. Both charges are misdemeanors.

A spokeswoman for the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office says the warrants haven't been served.

The platinum-blond Flair has been in trouble with the law before. In his book, "To Be The Man," he writes about getting 82 moving violations in four years. He has also been sued for allegedly harassing attendants on a charter flight.

:agreed: One of the Dolphins (I have no clue who it was) was on Cold Pizza last week and basically talked all kinds of shit about the Colts. He also said that ESPN was wasting his time because Indy was going to lose, and they shouldn't bother the Dolphins until a team is "on their block" or something to that effect. Personally I can't think of any other team or player in any sport that has been such dicks about a record or event as these guys. Maybe they're still bitter about the whole no-name thing.
