he quarterbacked the win, yes. Regardless of his individual performance of only 119 yards against an awful D without two of its starters, he helped tie the game, and he was the QB that got us toward the winning FG.

Plus, I don't think anyone actually wanted Carr to have problems today, there's just various levels of what's considered good enough.

Don't be modest, magnus. You said he was "awful," "crap," and "ineffective." Stand by your words.

I do. I stand behind them. And he was a part of the win. That's logically possible, and I expected more. If you expected that 119 yards is a great individual performance, then I'm going to hold you to that every time we ever talk about any quarterback performance.

    Carr sucks a big one.

Saint's just happen to suck a bigger one.

Carr looked awful and if they were playing a team that did suck so bad we would have lost. The guy is horrible to the point I started clapping when the golf cart carried him off. I would rather see Jeff Lewis leading this team, than that overrated dooche bag.

    goddamn that's awful.

Carr wasn't good enough in my eyes, but I wouldn't want him hurt and I don't want Moore on the field right now. Just fucking play better than this.

I didn't want him permanently injured.....just tweaked bad enough to get him out until Jake comes back......I have little to no confidence in his ability.

When he FINALLY got the ball to Smith, Smith made the plays off short dump passes. We lost this game without Smith's fighting through tacklers and willing us to victory.

not to mention Kasey's old ass leg....and Peppers finally showing up for a play.

Moore looked good on that one pass to Colbert but his last throw was almost a TD the for the Saints.

I want Jake back too but I doubt Moore would be any better than Carr. I wish we had brought in a more capable backup. We need a guy like Gus Ferroette or Trent Dilfer.
